Our Story

Butchertown Hall draws inspiration from the rich culinary traditions of Central Texas meat markets - where proprietor Terrell Raley spent his youth- and the rugged heritage of Germantown’s historic butcher shops. Guided by a commitment to craftsmanship and quality, our kitchen centers around an expansive open fire hearth and custom smoker, where flames and smoke transform perfectly grilled tomahawk ribeyes, carne asada, pollo asado, and our famous smoked brisket.
