General Policies

Reservations are not required, but are highly recommended.

All wait times given by Hosts are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

During peak business, seating times are limited to 90 minutes, with tables of 6 or more limited to 120 minutes.

Butchertown Hall maintains a policy of only reserving tables indoors or our covered courtyard when requested. We do not reserve tables on our patio under any circumstances.

LARGE PARTIES (6+)

Reservations of 6 or more require a credit card. This card will only be charged in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival of your party. Parties of 7 or more can call our host stand at (615) 454-3634 or send an email here.

For tables of 6 or more, we are unable to separate checks for individuals or split shared items: we are able to to use up to 3 cards in various amounts OR split checks evenly up to 10 ways.

Gratuity is applied automatically at 20% of the subtotal.
